Preventative IT Support [Managed Service Model]:
- A monthly-billed subscription where Crucial IT Solutions provides remote system monitoring of client devices with a “per device” monthly fee that will include support for issues found during the monitoring phase. There is also patch management, system maintenance and HDD maintenance.
- Included are scheduled, on-site visits to provide diagnostics service including reviews of OS patches, firmware upgrades, System Performance, hardware diagnostics, antivirus/antimalware scan and security review.
- Also included in the the Managed subscription is a reduce hourly rate for Reactive IT Support issues, higher priority to opened ticket resolution and discounts for two-year & three-year agreement term periods.
- Priced-per-need service(s) where Crucial IT Solutions is able to provide the following:
- (1) Multiple Levels of Disaster Planning & Recovery
- (2) Data Loss Prevention with Backup Services
- (3) Antivirus Support
- Custom Projects includes quoting time and materials to create an IT Infrastructure or Update an existing one.
- Custom Programming includes creating tools in various software applications such as Excel and Access using VBA.
- Data Analysis & Reporting includes customized data mining techniques such as dashboards, queries, and reports. Any data source can be mined for specific data and displayed in a useful format for decision-making purposes.
- Custom Forms and Documents includes creating technical work instructions, business forms and various documentations along with revision control methodologies.
- User Training includes training to end users related to any services provided above.
- Enhancing Business Administration with IT employs any or all the above to improve client processes in areas such as accounting, HR, training, record-keeping, or other critical functions.
