Crucial IT Solutions, LLC is a managed service provider based in Story City, Iowa that is owned and operated by John Koppes with the goal of providing local businesses with trustworthy IT support. Crucial IT leverages 25 years of John's IT knowledge, training and experience in IT Design, Implementation, Management and Support. John also has over 20 years’ experience in business administration that includes supporting accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, benefits, training, safety, and team leadership.
John’s involvement in the Story City community has established him as a trustworthy, respected, and capable individual.
